We feel it is vitally important that citizens run for office and participate in our democracy.   While there are a wide range of factors citizens consider in deciding upon who they are going to vote for, it is important that we have the information we care about so we can make an informed decision, whatever that decision may end up being.   We hope that the information below will be helpful in providing information around where the candidates stand as seen from the perspective of Sustainable Shrewsbury on the many sustainability issues we all face together as a town.

We hope the information will be helpful in starting the conversations, and we always recommend following up by reviewing any materials they provide on their websites, contacting them to get their perspectives & stories behind their stances, and of course to discuss, provide input on, and verify their stances.

Though we strive for accuracy, nobody is perfect, so if there is any information that needs to be updated, please contact us and we will look into getting it updated appropriately.   The information may change at any time so check back and pay attention to the last updated date to know if it has been updated since the last time you checked.
